The truth about soy has not really been proven if it is good or bad for you. It has been proven that it would nothurt you to eat some soy. I think that soy could be good for you if you use it the right way. Don't only eat soy. Mix it up by only eating one or two things made of soy. Studies have shown that if you dramastically change from eating regular foodsto eating healthier foods, it makes your body reacted in a bad way. Also I think you should'nt rush into using soy until you know more information on the things soy can help you with in your dail life.
